Delivery

Running out of Terea sticks is never convenient, so we built our delivery service around one idea: your order should arrive when you need it, not when it suits a courier. At Tereaking, every parcel is packed carefully, dispatched quickly, and handed over discreetly.

Whether you are in Dubai Marina or Al Ain, here is exactly what to expect.

Our Delivery Times at a Areas

Free delivery on all orders over AED 500. The discount applies automatically at checkout, so there is no code to remember.

Delivery in Dubai: 2-3 Hours

Most Dubai orders reach the door within two to three hours of confirmation. We cover the whole city, including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah, and Al Barsha.

Delivery time can stretch slightly during peak traffic, public holidays, or bad weather. If your order is running behind, our team will let you know rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery Across the Other Emirates

For addresses outside Dubai, the rule is simple:

• Order before 1:00 PM and your parcel is delivered the same day.
• Order after 1:00 PM and it arrives the following day.

This applies to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. If you are placing an order for a deadline, such as a weekend trip or a gift, aim for the morning.

Delivery Charges

Stocking up is usually the smarter way to buy. If you regularly order a few packs at a time, combining them into one larger order can bring you past the free delivery mark and save you the fee entirely.

How Ordering Works

1. Choose your products. Browse our Terea site and add your favourites to the cart.
2. Check out. Enter your delivery address and a phone number we can reach on the day.
3. Get confirmation. We confirm your order and your estimated delivery window.
4. Receive your order. Our courier delivers to your door. Please keep your phone nearby and your ID ready.

Age Verification: Adults Only

Tereaking sells tobacco products, so all orders are strictly for adults of legal age in the UAE. Our courier may ask to see a valid ID at the door. If the age requirement cannot be confirmed, the order will not be handed over. This protects you, us, and the community we serve.

Discreet, Secure Packaging

Your order arrives in plain packaging that gives nothing away about what is inside. Every pack is checked before dispatch, and we only supply genuine Terea sticks, so what you ordered is exactly what you receive.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

• Give a full address with a building name, floor, and apartment number.
• Add a nearby landmark if your location is hard to find.
• Make sure the phone number you provide is active and can receive calls.
• Be available at the address during the delivery window.
